Workshops and Performances

Creativity, mindfulness and wellbeing are at the heart of Anansi Theatre Company!

Based on the Anansi Spider Story we offer a series of physical theatre and story-telling workshops!

Themes of identity, wellbeing and exploration are part of our fun workshops!

These have been created for children and young people with the support of a Dramatherapist to make sure we give everyone the opportunity to feel safe in expressing themselves.

Performing arts venues and theatres could also benefit from these workshops, either by booking and offering these workshops for their youth theatre groups and clubs, or by booking the workshops as part of a programme of activities for summer schools or festivals.

We would love to do more!

These workshops can be modified and adapted depending on group size and age. Workshops can take the form of hourly, two hourly, half day or full day.

We use our own musical instruments, equipment and we also have a small range of musical instruments available for participants at an additional cost. Please note these instruments are for younger children and may not be suitable for an older group
